How and when your order reaches you

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including most APO and FPO destinations. If you are outside the US and would like to order, write to us first via the contact page and we will let you know whether we can route a parcel to you.

Processing time

Orders are usually picked and packed within one to two business days. Orders placed over a weekend or public holiday begin processing the next working day.

Delivery estimates

Tracking

As soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse you will receive a tracking number by email. If the number has not updated after a couple of days, give it a little time — carrier scans sometimes lag behind the parcel itself.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking stalls for an unusually long stretch, or a parcel is marked delivered but you cannot find it, contact us. We will open an inquiry with the carrier and, where a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, arrange a replacement or a refund.

Wrong or damaged items

Check your parcel on arrival. If something is damaged or not what you ordered, email us within a few days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we will make it right.
