Our 60-day return window, in plain terms
The short version
If the unit is not for you, you have 60 days from the delivery date to send it back for a refund of the product price. No drawn-out questions and no hoops to jump through.
What qualifies
- The request is made within 60 days of the delivery date.
- You can show proof of purchase — an order number or the email receipt is fine.
- The unit is returned to us; please include everything that came in the box where you can.
How to start a return
Email our support address on the contact page with your order number and a short note. We will reply with a return address and simple instructions. Please wait for that reply before posting anything, so your parcel reaches the right place.
Return shipping
Unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect, the cost of return postage is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked service so the parcel can be followed on its way back.
When the refund lands
Once your return reaches us and is checked, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Banks and card networks then take their own few business days to post it to your statement.
A note on expectations
The unit is a passive accessory described in measured terms. The return window exists precisely so you can decide in your own home, on your own wiring, whether it earns its outlet.
